Mechanical processing

     ANTONOV ASTC has modern machinery and skilled personnel to fulfill mechanical processing of details from colour and black metals.

     We offer to your attention a list of services provided by personnel headed by Chief technologist. The works are performed qualitatively, at a level of aviation technologies with the least expenses that help to perform your tasks of today:

     1. Manufacture of rivets with countersunk head of 90°, 120° (with diameter of: 2; 2.6; 3, 3.5; 4) from aluminium, copper, brass alloys at cold upsetting automats AB1216, AБO1218.

     2. Manufacture of large-sized details (7000x1600x800) from construction steels and aluminium alloys at milling machines with programmed numerical control (PNC) of ФП-9M and ФП-9TC models.

     3. Manufacture of details (1680x400x700) at multifunctional processing centres with (PNC) of MCFV1060 and MCFV1680 models with HEIDENHAN iTNC530 control system.

     4. Manufacture of details (3000{800x400) at milling machines with PNC from various materials.

     5. Manufacture of cog-wheels (spurs, herical and conical ones) with module of (0.5 to 5 mm) and degree of accuracy 7 to 9 at a gear treating equipment.

     6. Working up control programmes for machines with PNC with the help of systems of Universal Programmes (UP) of geometric modeling and designing: GEMMA-3D, CADDS5, POWER SHAPE.

     7. Carrying out of check measurements, scanning and modeling of surfaces at check measuring machines:

• Альфа-3D, dimensions of the measured details are 5000x2000x1500;
• Armony G41/G21, dimensions of the measured details are 3200x3200x3200 per one setting.

     8. Manufacture of the AN aircraft models:

• Souvenir ones of plastics;
• Those ones for trials in the wind tube – from steel: 30ХГСА, Д16Т;

     9. Performance of turning, bore, milling, grinding works at universal equipment.

     10. Thread rolling (M3…..M30) on details from structural, alloyed steels before and after the thermal treatment.

     11. Performance of turning works at machines with PNC of details with diameter of up to 400mm and length of up to 700mm.
