Coating and thermal treatment

     ANTONOV ASTC is able to perform thermal heating, coating (electroplating production) and also to match colours for painting aviation technique. It is possible to carry out:

     Thermal treatment of

     steels, titanium and aluminium alloys including vacuum hardening.

     Electroplate manufacture

     sulfuric acid anodization of aluminium alloys to be prepared for gluing together;

     chemical passivation (hard) of stainless steels;

     chemical oxidation of aluminium and magnesium alloys;

     chemical milling of aluminium alloys;

     coating: chromium plating, cadmium, zinc, tin, copper plating;

     titanium etching;

     chemical phosphating of steels;

     painting, paint removal;

     coating with «Dinitrol» solution.
