There are all kinds of the blanking productions necessary for manufacture of high accuracy details from colour and black metals and alloys at ANTONOV Company. Among them are:

Blacksmith’s production
Manufacture of forgings by open forging from colour and black metals and alloys including the following ones:

  • АМц, АМг, АК6, АК4, В95, 1933, В93 aluminium alloys;
  • ВТ 1−0, ОТ4, ОТ4−1, ВТ6 titanicalloys;
  • М1, М3, ЛС59−1, Л63, БрАЖЮ−4−4, БрАЖМц 10−3−1−5 copperalloys;
  • Steels: carbon, alloy and high−alloy, tool.

Manufacture of forgings of rectangular and round profile with maximal weight of 60 kg;

Manufacture of forgings with bending and insertion operations carrying out, maximal outside diameter of inker circles is 280mm;

Manufacture of bolts with hexahedral head. Diameter of rod for thread is M10−M27. Materials are 3ОГСА, 40ХН2МА. Manufacture of bolts from carbon steel;

Manufacture of various residential units with decorating forging.

Cutting of sheet details bars out of aluminum alloys:

  • straight cutting with guillotine shears of the length up to 7000 mm;
  • curved cutting at milling machines (RFP-2, up to 11000 mm)

Cut off, chiseling, forging, sliding, drilling, bending, guyline, cant trimming, and deburring extruded section details (PGR-7, up to 8000 mm).

Moulding details of max size of1100x4200 with the elastic medium GRD-600 (four tables).

Forming of double-curved covering at pulling-over machines (PO-630, the max size 12000x2200 mm).

Forming of complex shape details with forging hammers.

Details bending at machines KGL, size up to 5000 mm.

Forming of double-curved details with tapping hammers.

Moulding and drawing out complex details at crank and hydraulic presses.

Details forming at spinning lathes.

Forging and bending of standards of sheet materials – aluminum alloys, carbon, alloyed and stainless steels, brass, etc.


  • Manufacture of mouldings for structural and non−structural purposes from aluminium, copper, magnesium alloys, steels, foundry iron by method of foundry into sand forms, on investment patterns, into ceramic forms. Range of the mouldings weight is from 0,01 to 50 kg, dimension – from 50 to 700mm;
  • decorative foundry from copper, aluminium alloys, steels;
  • manufacture of foam aluminium under foundry and powder technologies;
  • refining of metal wastes (cuttings, spoilage, return and so on) into secondary alloys.

Powder metallurgy

Manufacture of souvenir production (medals, trinkets and so on);

  • Manufacture of friction materials on the base of copper and iron (brake linings and discs of different configuration);
  • Manufacture of antifriction materials (sliding bushing, self−lubricating bushes both with lubrication and without it, working range of temperatures is up to 500ºC )
  • Manufacture of details with polysurface of friction, with baked bronze powder and sodden with fluoroplastic (nuts);
  • Manufacture of hard−alloy production;

Gasometric plasma spraying with purpose of:

  • protection of outside surfaces from corrosion and wear and tear of equipment;
  • restoration and repair of life−expired surfaces;
  • metal fluoroplastic coating;
  • plating of plasma coating on inside surfaces of details (with diameter of more than 100 mm);
  • plating of pulse and plasma wearproof coatings with big thickness and adhesive strength).

Materials: tin and aliminium bronze, nichrome, Ni, Ni−Al, Ni−C, ПТ−19−Н−01б Мо, Al2O3+TiO2, Cu−C, Bronze−Cu−C, BKHA.

  • Plating of ion−plasmous surfaces (length of details of up to 500mm):
  • Wearproof and corrosion−resistant cover;
  • Ti, Zr, Cr, Mo decorative coatings, their nitrides and carbides, combinations.

Welding fabrication

1. Automatic welding of longitudinal and ring seams of titanium pipe connections with walls of the weight S=0.8-1.5 mm

2. Control of parameters and modes of welding (welding current intensity, weld period, welding pressure, etc.) and computer forecasting quality of heat-power welding spots of fuselage panels.

3. Automatic welding of units made out of structural and stainless steels, as well as out of titanium alloys with electromagnetic effect on the weld pool.

4. Spot and seam welding of structural and stainless steels, and titanium alloys.

5. Spot welding of aluminum alloys.

6. Automatic welding of balloons/containers out of structural and stainless steels.

7. Oxy-acetylene welding of structural steels.

8. Argon-arc hand welding of structures out of steels and aluminum alloys.

9. Controlled-atmosphere welding of titanium alloys.

10. Gas soldering with argentiferous solders.
